We are Vimona Exim Private Limited, based in Hubli Dharwad at No C 30/39/1 in Badami Nagar. We’re tucked into the Keshwpur Madhura Estate area. It’s a decent place to run an import-export business from. We aren’t in one of those huge office parks, just a local spot where we can focus on our work. Dealing with Exim means we have to stay on top of a lot of rules and regulations, which takes up a good chunk of our day. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and looking over invoices. Our office is pretty simple, with enough room for our files and a few computers. It’s not a place for showing off. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep everything moving. Sometimes the days feel long when there are delays at the port, but that’s just part of the game. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and like the pace of things here. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing our job properly and making sure the goods get moved. It’s straightforward, no-nonsense work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help businesses get their stuff from point A to point B across borders. It’s a lot of logistics and a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s our business.
