Our office is actually inside House No. 298, which is known as Pushpa Villa. It’s located in Gandhi Wada, right behind the flour mill. You can usually smell the grain being ground if the wind is blowing the right way. Sunsang Consulting Llp isn't some glass-tower business. We operate out of a house because it feels more comfortable and keeps the overhead low. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main road noise. A few of us sit around the main table and work through consulting projects. It’s a bit informal here. You might see a cat wandering around or hear the neighbors talking over the fence. We think this makes for a better work environment. We don't have a human resources department or a PR team. We just do the work ourselves. When someone calls, they talk directly to the person handling their file. It’s simple and it works for us. The flour mill is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and the locals know us. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to help local businesses stay on track. It’s a decent life, working from a villa and taking breaks in the small garden outside. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the papers are signed and the numbers add up before we head home for dinner.
