You can find us at the Advaith Building, right on 2nd Cross. Soham Architects & Interior Designers is a place where we spend most of our time thinking about rooms. We do both the outside and the inside of buildings, which keeps us pretty busy. The office is usually full of samples like wood pieces and different types of stone. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors, trying to find out when a delivery is actually going to show up. It’s a lot of coordination. People come to us when they have a space but don't know how to use it. We sit down with them and try to draw something that works for their life. It’s not always easy, especially when people have big ideas for small spaces. We try to be realistic about what can actually be built. The 2nd Cross area is a good spot for us, it's easy for people to find. Sometimes we have a few projects going at once, so the office can feel a bit chaotic with different sets of plans lying around. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work and let the finished projects speak for themselves. Most of our clients come from word of mouth anyway. We’ve been here in the Advaith Building for a while and plan on staying as long as the work keeps coming in.
