Sdm College Of Medical Sciences & Hospital

Our place is out in Manjushree Nagar in Sattur, which is a bit of a hub for medical learning around here. It’s a big campus, so there’s always a lot of walking involved to get from the college side to the hospital side of the property. You see students in their white coats everywhere, usually rushing to a lecture or heading over to see patients in the wards. It can get quite noisy during the shift changes when everyone is moving at once through the main entrance. We handle a lot of different cases because of the sheer size of the facility. Being a college of medical sciences, there is always a lot of studying going on right alongside the actual hospital work. It’s a mix of teaching the next generation of doctors and making sure the people in the beds are getting what they need. The atmosphere is pretty serious most of the time. People come from all over the Sattur area and even further out because they know we have the space and the staff to help them. We don’t have much time for frills or fancy decorations. The hallways are long, the floors are hard, and there is always something needing to be done. We just keep our heads down and get through the day’s schedule as best as we can. It is a lot of responsibility to handle every day, but we are all used to the pace by now.
