We are located in Hubli, Karnataka. The office is run by our family, and we’ve been here for quite some time. It’s a local business through and through, and we take pride in that. Hubli is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, or at least they know your father or your uncle. We operate Sce Groupe India from a modest spot here. We aren't some big city firm with thousands of employees and a fancy human resources department. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work every day. The address is well-known to the postman at least, even if it’s a bit tucked away. We don’t put much stock in fancy titles or corporate structures. If something needs doing, one of us just rolls up our sleeves and does it. It’s the practical way to be. We spend our days handling the paperwork and the ground work that comes with the business. The weather here in Hubli can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the ceiling fans going at full speed. We don't have a big marketing department or a website guy. In fact, we don't really have a department for anything at all. We just have a few desks and some plastic chairs for guests. People come by when they need something, and we talk it out over a cup of tea or coffee. It’s a slow and steady way of doing business. We aren't in a rush to grow huge.
