Sapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd

We have been running Sapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd from this spot in Dharwad for a while now. The office is located right at 124 Vishwas Building in Sadanikiri. It’s a busy place and honestly, there is always something going on with our projects. People around here know where we are because we’ve been part of the local landscape for years. We handle a lot of the paperwork and planning right from these desks. It isn't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it is just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the stairs in Vishwas Building get a bit crowded in the mornings when everyone is arriving at once. We usually start the day with a quick check on what needs to happen at the sites. Karnataka has its own way of doing things, and being in Dharwad keeps us close to the action. We deal with suppliers, talk to the crews, and try to keep everything moving. It is hard work and some days are longer than others. The fans hum in the background while we sort through files and maps. If you walk past Sadanikiri, you'll probably see us coming and going throughout the day. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the task at hand. It gets dusty, it gets loud, but that is just how the business goes for us here.
