Sai Service has its name associated with Panji, Goa, but we are actually operating from this address in Dharwad. The house is called Padmavati Nivas and it is on Plot No-25 in Shantiniketan Nagar. It is the residence of K.G. Dindalakopp, and we use this space for our administrative work. Dharwad is a bit quieter than the busy parts of Goa, which is nice for getting things done. We handle service-related tasks from here. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is mostly families and quiet streets around us. You won't see a big sign or a storefront because we work out of the house. We have some desks set up and a computer to keep track of the service schedules and the staff. People often call us to figure out where we are because of the Goa connection in the name, but we explain that the office is right here in Shantiniketan Nagar. It is a simple way of doing things. We have been at this Dharwad location for a while now. The day starts early with planning and ends with filing away the daily reports. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or anything like that. It is just a small local operation run by real people who live in the community. We just make sure the service work gets finished on time and the records are kept straight in our files.
