This is Sachin D. Athani's place over in Hubli. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 379/2B at Ganesh Niwas. We are in the Vernekar Building, specifically Maniya House on the 2nd Cross in Keshwapur. It’s a busy neighborhood in Karnataka. We have been working from this spot for quite some time now. The building is old but sturdy, and it’s got a lot of character. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. Just desks, computers, and a lot of files. My father, D.G. Athani, is well known around here, and we try to keep the family name in good standing by doing honest work. In Keshwapur, everyone is always moving, so we try to keep up. We handle various bits of business that come through the door. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We talk to our visitors like neighbors. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we get used to it. The 580023 area is our home. We don't use any big slogans or pretend to be something we aren't. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be finished. Sometimes we have a lot of work, and other times we sit and talk about the news. It’s a practical way to live.
