S D Harti Associates

Our office, S D Harti Associates, is located on the first floor of Shagun Bazaar. It’s on Killa Road, which is right in the Broadway Road area of Hubli. It is a very active part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We have been in this building for some time now. The office itself is full of old blueprints, measuring tapes, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We aren't the type of place that spends money on fancy furniture or decorations. We’d rather have a good drafting table and a chair that doesn't squeak too much. A lot of our day is spent talking to contractors or trying to figure out why a particular plan isn't lining up right. It can be frustrating work, but we enjoy the challenge of solving those little problems. Hubli is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we see a lot of familiar faces passing through Shagun Bazaar. We don't really have a set routine, as every project brings something different. Some days we are out at sites getting our shoes dirty, and other days we are stuck inside behind the computer for ten hours straight. It is just the way it goes. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. No big promises, just steady work.
