Our office for Ram Vijay Travels is in the Laxmi Complex on Neeligin Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Thirupati Trade Center, which is usually buzzing with people. Neeligin Road is always a bit chaotic with all the trade going on, but we like being in the middle of it. We started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed ways to get around Hubli and beyond. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us handling bookings and talking to drivers. The fans are usually humming and there’s always a stack of paperwork on the desk. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. We talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors, mostly because they are. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We manage a variety of trips, whether it's for work or family visits. We don't do much advertising; people just see our sign or hear about us from someone else. It's a lot of long hours, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants to travel at the same time. We just try to stay organized and make sure the cars are ready when they are supposed to be. It’s a straightforward job and we’ve been doing it this way for years now without changing much. We aren't trying to be flashy or anything, just keeping the business going and helping people reach their destinations.
