R V Nayak & Associates is located at Number 3 in Raj Residency, which is right in the Tirupati Bazar area of Vijaynagar in Hubli. We are situated just behind the main Tirupathi Bazar, so it’s a convenient spot for people to find us. The office is small and functional. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of cabinets filled with project files from over the years. It’s a quiet enough place to work, though you can hear the bustle of the market nearby. We spend our days working on designs and making sure all the technical details are correct. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, punctuated by the occasional phone call or visitor. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We like the way things are, being a local firm that people in Hubli can just drop by and talk to. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the site plans and samples we have lying around. We try to keep things organized, but when we are busy, the paperwork tends to pile up. The people who work here have been together for a while, so we have a good rhythm. We don't really do any big advertising. Most of our projects come from word of mouth or people just seeing our sign in Vijaynagar. It’s a modest way to run a business, and it keeps us grounded in the community.
