Even though the name says Pvr Projects Ltd., Pune, our actual base is here at H.No-8, Mruthyunjay Nagar in Hubli. We are located in the Shakti Colony area, which is a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main roads. Karnataka 580032 is the zip code if you’re sending us anything. We spend our days managing various project sites. It involves a lot of driving around and checking on progress. The house we work out of is also where we keep all the project documents and some of the smaller equipment. It’s a local setup, very humble. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of people; we are just a dedicated group trying to get things built and finished. Sometimes people get confused by the Pune part of the name, but we’ve been here in Hubli for a long time. The neighborhood knows us. We often have people dropping by just to ask a quick question about a project nearby. We don’t mind. It’s part of being in a colony like Shakti Colony. The weather in Hubli can be tough on construction schedules, but we do our best to stay on track. We don't use any fancy management software; we just use a lot of notebooks and phone calls. It’s worked for us so far and we don’t see a reason to change it now. We just like doing work that helps the area.
