Ocimum Constructions Company Ltrd is based in Hubli. We are located at Plot No. 41 in the Y.M. Hurali Building. It is right on the 1st Main Road in Sai Colony, which is part of Sai Nagar. Hubli is a place where everyone knows everyone, and our office is no different. The building is easy to find if you know the colony. Construction is a messy business, but our office is where we try to keep things organized. We have blueprints spread out over the tables and samples of tiles or bricks sitting in the corners. It is a practical workspace. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on the progress of various sites around the city. The 1st Main Road can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it is a good spot to be. We have a small team here, and we all know our roles. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. We have been part of the Sai Nagar community for a while now. Most days are spent making sure the materials arrive on time and the workers know what the plan is for the afternoon. It is not glamorous work, but it is important to us. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the billing.
