We are located at Sirur'S Compound on Karwar Road. It’s a bit of an older spot for Niven Mayfran Conveyors Pvt. Ltd., but it suits us just fine. The compound has its own character, and it’s easy enough for the delivery trucks to pull in and out once they find the entrance. Karwar Road can get pretty busy with all sorts of transport moving through, so there’s always something to see out the front gate. Inside the compound, things are a bit more focused. We have the workshop area where the main work happens. There’s usually a lot of clanging and the smell of cut metal in the air. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls have seen a lot of different projects come and go. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it’s sturdy and we have all the tools we need. Most of the guys have been working here for years, so we all know how the machines like to run. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or anything. The desks in the small office area are usually covered in drawings and tea cups. It’s just a place where work gets done without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain leaks a little near the door, but we just fix it and keep going. That’s how it is here, and it keeps us busy enough from Monday to Saturday every single week.
