If you are looking for Nitesh Construction, we are located at Charntimath Chawl in the Ghantikeri Oni area of Hubli. It’s right across from the M.K. Gavade Residency, so it’s not too hard to find if you know the neighborhood. Our office is a simple one. We don’t have fancy glass walls or a big lobby. It’s just where we keep the tools, the ledgers, and the blueprints for the jobs we have going on. Hubli is a busy place and there is always something being built or repaired. We stay pretty occupied with local projects, mostly small to medium stuff where we can really keep an eye on the details. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been in the building trade for years. We talk to people in the community and a lot of our work comes from neighbors telling neighbors about what we did for them. It’s a practical way to run a business. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the materials we move around, and the paperwork can pile up when we are busy on a site for a few days straight. We don't use much big technology, just what we need to get the measurements right and the bills paid. It’s an honest living and we like being part of the Ghantikeri Oni community. People just stop by when they see the door open to ask about a project or a price, and we just tell them how it is.
