You can find Nayana Art Media down in the 'B' basement of Revankar Complex, right by the Court Circle. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street, but we don't get much natural light. We’ve got our computers and our equipment set up in a way that works for us. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The Court Circle area is always buzzing with lawyers and people heading to the offices, so there’s a lot of energy outside. Inside, we are usually focused on some design or a print job. We don't have a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from their screen to help you. We started this because we liked the creative side of things. It’s not always easy, especially when a machine breaks down or we are running low on ink. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't a big agency with suits. We are just a few people who know how to use the software and the printers. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, ordering food and just pushing through the night. It’s a small, practical space where we do our thing every day. We don't have a lot of rules, we just try to get the prints to look right before the customer comes back.
