We are located on Karwar Road. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. We spend our time building conveyors for different industries. If you walk inside, you will see a lot of steel and parts waiting to be put together. It’s a very practical environment. The noise of welding and metal hitting metal is pretty constant throughout the day. We’ve been on Karwar Road for some years now. Most of us have been working together for a long time. It’s a bit of a commute for some of the staff, but the area is decent for a manufacturing business like ours. The workshop can get a bit cluttered when we have big projects going on. We move things around to make space. It isn't a polished corporate office with carpets. There are blueprints on the tables and some grease on the floor sometimes. We just focus on putting the conveyor systems together correctly. Customers usually know what they want, and we just try to build it to their specific needs. It’s a lot of manual work and some machine work too. We have our coffee breaks together and then get back to the assembly line. The weather on Karwar Road can be a bit unpredictable, but the work stays the same. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations. The walls are mostly bare, except for some old calendars. It’s just a place where we come to build things that move other things. That’s the reality of our daily life.
