We've been over here at Miven Mayfran Conveyors Pvt. Ltd,. for quite a while now. Our shop is in Sirurs Compound on Karwar Road, and it's where we spend most of our time. Dealing with conveyors is what we do every day. It’s mostly just a group of us working through the regular metalwork and assembly stuff that comes with making these systems. The shop floor is usually pretty busy and loud. We handle the parts, put things together, and try to get the orders out without too much fuss. People around here know the spot. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a workshop where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes the weather on Karwar Road makes it a bit tough in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. We focus on the machines and making sure the belts move like they should. Nothing too complicated to explain. If you walk into the yard, you’ll see piles of steel and tools scattered where the guys are working. It’s a straightforward setup. We’ve had some of the same people working the machines for years. They know how the metal bends and what works for moving materials from point A to point B. It’s just honest work in a local compound. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the day is spent checking the rollers and frames. It’s just how we run things. We’re just here doing the job day in and day out.
