Mahant Construction

Mahant Construction is currently operating out of the Chandargi Building in the Saidapur area of Dharwad. It is a pretty straightforward spot to find if you are in that part of Karnataka. The building itself is old and has a lot of character, and we are just one of the offices inside. Being in construction, we are usually out on sites, but this is where we keep the blueprints and do all the math. Saidapur is a busy neighborhood but our little corner is alright. We have got our address at 580008 and we have been in this building for a good while. It is a bit messy with all the site photos and samples of stone or wood lying around. We do not try to keep it looking like a showroom because it is a working office. Most days, the phone is ringing with people asking about materials or when the next stage of a wall will be finished. We have a few chairs for when clients come by to look at plans. It is a simple life of measuring things and making sure the supplies show up. Dharwad has some nice weather usually, but the dust from the road always finds its way in. We just sweep it out and keep moving. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a place where builders talk about building things. We keep the tea kettle going.
