Kushi Clinic

Kushi Clinic is my small place in Dharwad, specifically in the 580001 area. I opened this clinic because the people around here needed a spot they could visit without traveling too far. It is a simple building with white walls and a few benches for people to sit on while they wait. The floor gets swept twice a day but the dust always finds a way back in from the street. Dharwad is a nice town, and being here feels right. We don't have fancy machines or a big staff. It's mostly just me and a couple of others helping out. We see all kinds of people, from young kids to the older folks who live down the road. Some days are very busy and the waiting room gets cramped. Other days, I just sit and watch the clock. I didn't want a corporate look, so it feels more like a house than a hospital. The doors stay open to let the air move through. People know us by name, which is better than having a big logo. We've been at this address for some time now. It’s easy to find if you know the neighborhood. The local shops are nearby, so there's always something going on outside. I like the noise of the street. It makes the clinic feel connected to everything else in the city. We keep things basic and focused on the people who walk through our door.
