Kores India Ltd

In Hubli, our Kores India Ltd office is actually located in a house, number 161/A in Jengli Pet. It is in the Old Hubli area, which has a very different feel compared to the newer parts of the city. We are under the care of Vijaykumar B. Kyatanavar at this address. It is a very traditional neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of local activity. Working out of a house makes things feel a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate office. We have converted some of the rooms into storage and work areas. It can be a bit of a squeeze when we have a full crew in, but we have a system that works. The building is solid and keeps the heat out fairly well during the middle of the day. We don't have a big sign out front, so most people just know us by word of mouth or by looking for the house number. The routine is pretty much the same every day—start early, handle the mail, and check on the stock. We often hear the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the windows, which reminds us that we are right in the heart of the community. It is a humble way to run things, but it suits the local vibe of Old Hubli perfectly. We aren't interested in being flashy; we just do our bit.
