Khalsa Associates

Khalsa Associates is situated on the first floor of the Solanki Building, Shop No 1. This is right on Ncm Road in the New Cotton Market area of Hubli. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Karnataka Bank. The New Cotton Market is always a hive of activity, especially in the mornings when everything is opening up. It can be quite a struggle to find a parking spot nearby, so most people just park further down and walk. Our office is a simple one. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a place for guests to sit. We’ve been working out of this Hubli - 580029 location for a long time. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves us well enough. We deal with various local matters and paperwork. It’s a lot of sitting and going through documents, honestly. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one so people know they’re in the right place. The area around Ncm Road is very traditional, and we like being part of the local business community here. Sometimes we grab a coffee from the stall downstairs and talk to the other shop owners. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on getting through the day's tasks and helping the folks who walk in. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just us doing our jobs as best as we can.
