Our office is situated on 6th Cross in Dharwad. If you know the area, it’s a pretty standard neighborhood in this part of Karnataka. We do construction work, so there are usually a few trucks or pieces of equipment parked nearby or at least some talk about where they are. The office itself is just a regular building where we handle the paperwork side of the business. Dharwad is a nice place to work because it’s not as chaotic as Bangalore, but we still stay very busy. Inside, you’ll find plenty of drawings spread out on the tables and a few computers that have seen better days. We don’t spend much on making the place look like a showroom. We’d rather spend that on the projects we are actually building. The team here is small, mostly locals who have been in the construction trade for years. We know which suppliers to trust and how to get things moved through the narrow streets. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is arguing over a blueprint, but that's just how we work. We have a tea stall just down the road where we do half our meetings anyway. It’s a simple operation, really. We take on jobs around the city and the surrounding districts. If you’re looking for us, just head to 6th Cross and you’ll see our sign near the gate. We’ve been here a good while now. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the door, but we put a bucket there and keep working.
