I Shield Security Service

Our office is up on the first floor of Aditya Arcade. If you know the area near Nayak & Co on PB Road, you’ve probably walked right past our door plenty of times without even realizing it. We have been in this spot for several years now. It is a bit of a climb up those stairs every morning, especially when we are carrying gear or extra paperwork, but we like the view of the street from up here. The traffic on PB Road is constant and you can always hear the horns and the buses going by, but after a while, you just stop noticing the noise. I Shield Security Service is basically just us managing the staff and making sure all the schedules are lined up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sitting at the old wooden desks we’ve had since we opened. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to get full. Most of our day is just mundane stuff like checking rosters and making sure the uniforms are ready for the new guys. We keep some tea and a kettle in the corner because the days can get long. We aren't some big corporate chain with thousands of offices. We’re just here in the arcade, doing the work and trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone who uses our people.
