Our office is tucked away in Priyadarshini Colony 1st Stage. It is a fairly quiet part of Hubli, right off Airport Road. Most of our neighbors are residential, so it does not feel like a typical commercial hub. We are quite close to Akshaya Park, which is a nice landmark if you are trying to find the place for the first time. Number 14 C is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The building is a simple structure. Inside, the floors are a bit worn and the light fixtures are old, but everything works. We mostly handle professional services that involve a lot of numbers and legalities. It is a quiet environment for the most part, unless the neighborhood kids are playing outside. We like being in this part of town because it is away from the main city chaos but still accessible. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we usually grab a snack. We have been here for a long time, so we know the local rhythms. People just stop by when they have questions. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls. It is just a workspace with some computers and a lot of binders. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. It’s a plain business run by local people who just want to get through their to-do lists. Hubli is growing fast, but our little corner remains pretty much the same.
