Our place is over at M-3 in the Industrial Estate on Gokul Road. If you know the area, it is mostly warehouses and small workshops. At Fasteners & Allied Products Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days surrounded by big bins of bolts, screws, and all kinds of small hardware. It is a noisy environment sometimes because of the machinery and the heavy trucks coming in and out. We have been at this for a long time now. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust, and there is always that smell of metal in the air. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture in the office part. It is mostly just metal desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been here since the start and some newer faces learning the ropes. We just try to get the orders out on time for the customers. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we are all hands on deck to get it running again. We do not put on a show for anyone who visits. We just make sure the products meet the specs they are supposed to. It is honest, physical work. Gokul Road is a busy stretch, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. We know the other shop owners around here. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or a hand with a heavy load.
