Dtc, A Placement Company

We are DTC, a placement company based in Hubli, Karnataka. Our office is at number 18 on the 1st Main road in Kalyan Nagar. Hubli is a growing city, but our street is relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We have a simple office where we spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people looking for jobs. It is a small operation. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come in for a chat. We do not have a big human resources department because we are the department. We just try to help folks find work where they can. It is a lot of phone calls and emails every day. The building we are in is quite old, but it stays cool in the summer which is a plus. We do not use any high-tech gadgets, just regular computers and a landline. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket outside on the street. We have been in Kalyan Nagar for a good number of years now. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks for our breaks. We are not a massive agency with branches everywhere. We are just here in Hubli doing our bit. We take things as they come and try to keep everything organized. It is a lot of paper and digital files, but we manage to stay on top of it.
