Dr S R Ramanagoudar Multispeciality Hospital & Research Institute Pvt Ltd is located right at Malapur Cross, just across from where VRL Logistics is. It’s a busy corner of the world. We have been here for a while, dealing with all sorts of medical cases that come through our doors. It’s a big name on the sign, but we are just a group of doctors and nurses doing our jobs. The building is always full of activity, with people coming in for checkups or staying for longer treatments. We have different departments for various health issues and a research side where we look into things more deeply. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of footsteps in the halls and voices at the reception desk. We don't use a lot of fancy medical talk when we explain things to patients. We just try to tell them what’s going on in plain English. The location near the logistics hub means there’s always trucks and traffic moving around outside. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming, but we just keep focusing on the patients who need us. We don't have any shiny brochures or big promises. We just work through the appointments and try to help people get back on their feet. Every day is different, and we never really know what’s going to walk through the door next. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one shift at a time and do our best for the community.
