We are located over in Hubli, specifically in Simlanagar near the first bus stop at Anand Nagar. Our office is at Plot Number 38, which is on the left-hand side if you’re coming from the main road. It’s the home of Ramachandrasa N Pujari Ghodke, and we’ve set up our consulting operations right there. Being in the Dharwad district means we see a lot of different types of land and projects. We do the engineering consulting work, which mostly involves a lot of sitting and checking over technical details. It’s a quiet spot, which helps when you have to concentrate on complicated plans. The bus stop being so close makes it easy for the staff to get in, though it gets a bit noisy when the morning rush starts. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle the technical side of building things. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny office furniture. We’d rather spend that time making sure our reports are correct. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the local news before getting back to the blueprints. It’s a very local feel here. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we like that people know where to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us by the folks we work for.
