Btm Forgings Pvt. Ltd. is situated at N-4, right by the 1st Gate of the Industrial Estate on Gokul Road. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on nearby. Our unit isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building where we get the forging work done. The hammers make a lot of noise, so if you’re nearby, you definitely know we’re working. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. They know the rhythm of the place. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff about us. We just focus on the metal and making sure the pieces come out the way they are supposed to. The industrial estate can be a bit dusty, and the roads aren't always the smoothest, but it’s where the work is. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we all go sometimes to take a break. It’s a very basic, no-nonsense kind of life here. We don’t bother with big meetings or corporate talk. If there’s a problem, we just go out to the floor and fix it. We like keeping things direct like that. It’s been our way for a long time, and we don’t see any reason to change how we operate now.
