Basavaraj M Balagere is the name on our sign at No 2, located on the second floor of Lakshmi Complex. We are right on Neeligin Road in Hubli, which is a fairly busy stretch of road for anyone who knows the area. Being near the Mahakalli landmark helps people find us, as the complex can sometimes get lost among all the other buildings. The office is a straightforward space where we spend our days dealing with the tasks that come across our desks. It’s not a place where we worry about looking fancy or keeping up with the latest office trends. We have what we need to get the job done and that’s about it. Hubli has a certain grit and energy to it that we really enjoy being a part of. Sometimes the traffic on Neeligin Road makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but once you get inside the complex, things settle down a bit. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us and we know them. It’s that kind of atmosphere where you can just be yourself without any pretenses. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns or anything like that. People usually find us because someone they know told them where we are. It’s a traditional way of doing business that relies on being consistent and showing up every morning ready to work.
