Agro-One Farm Technologies Llp

Our office is tucked away in the BSNL Quarters, specifically Type III, C 8 on the first floor. It is on Sula Road in Shanti Nagar. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a tech company, but it works for us. Shanti Nagar is a nice area and it isn't as loud as the main roads. We are an LLP working on different technologies for farms. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also have to go out and see how things are working on the ground. The quarters are older buildings, so they have a certain feel to them. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We have our desks set up in the rooms and it feels more like a home office than anything else. There are trees outside and you can hear the birds in the morning. We drink a lot of tea while we work through coding or design problems. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get by. It’s a small team here and we all do a bit of everything. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be fixed. It’s a simple way of working and it lets us focus on the actual farm tech without too many distractions. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually get things done without much fuss during the day. We stay until late evening.
