We operate out of units 73 and 74 in Phase III of the industrial area. It’s a straightforward setup. We have big shutters and high ceilings, which are necessary for the kind of work we do here. Most of the day is spent handling materials and checking on the production flow. The industrial area is quite vast, and Phase III has its own character. There are always people moving crates or checking manifests. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the office look a certain way. Our focus is on the floor where the real activity happens. You’ll see a lot of raw materials stacked up near the entrance and finished goods ready to be moved out at the back. It gets quite loud when everything is running, so we usually have to raise our voices a bit to be heard. The staff knows the routine well. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, to beat some of the heat. The paperwork happens in a small partitioned corner that stays relatively quiet. It’s a very hands-on place. If something breaks, we fix it right there. If a delivery is late, we’re on the phone sorting it out. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and we know most of the neighbors in the surrounding units. It’s just a steady, working environment where we keep things moving every day without making too much of a fuss.
