We have been based out of Plot No-15 in the Dharuhera Industrial Area for quite some time now. Rewari is a busy place, and being in this industrial belt means there is always something going on right outside our gates. Our building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we handle all the cable and connection work for Lapp India Pvt. Ltd. Most mornings start with the sound of trucks pulling up and the crew getting the shutters open. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, so the fans are always going at full blast to keep everyone moving. We spend most of our day making sure the inventory is right and that the shipments are ready to move out. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and checking labels over and over. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we just deal with it as it comes. There are a lot of us working here who have known each other for a long time. We aren't really the type to sit in meetings all day. Usually, if there’s a problem, we just walk over to the person’s desk or the floor and talk it out right there. It’s noisy and dusty outside because of the construction nearby, but inside we try to keep things as orderly as possible. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years. We just show up, do what needs doing, and try to get things out.
