Srinivasa Clinic

Srinivasa Clinic is out on Gugudu Road in Narapla. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the city, but for the people here in Narapla, we are right on the way. The road gets a lot of trucks and tractors passing by throughout the day, so it is never really silent. We started this clinic because there was a need for something local on this side of town. The building is simple, just a one-story structure with a bit of a porch out front where people can stand. Inside, we have the basic equipment we need. It is not a place with shiny floors or expensive art on the walls. We have some old posters about health and a wall clock that ticks a bit too loudly. Most of the day is spent waiting for the afternoon rush when people finish their work in the fields or the local shops. We see a lot of regular stuff, nothing too crazy. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a small backup to keep the lights on so we can finish our work. It is a practical place. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform; it is usually just one of us sitting at the desk. We keep our own notes and try to stay organized as best as we can. If you are driving down Gugudu Road, you will see us. We are just a small part of the Narapla landscape.
