We don't have a big glass front or anything like that. It’s just a building where we gather to study for the big exams. There are a lot of young people around here who want to do something more with their lives. We provide the space and the materials they need. The atmosphere is pretty serious because the exams are tough. But we keep it friendly. You might hear us laughing in the break room over tea. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated systems.
