Our office is in a place called Thoppampatti, which is in the Elavadai area of Harur. This is out in Dharmapuri, so it’s quite a different vibe from the big cities. Osingo Apparel is located at No.16/63. It is a quiet area mostly, surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space. Being out here means we have a very close relationship with the local community. Almost everyone who works with us lives within a few kilometers. It’s a very simple setup. We have a sturdy building where we keep our materials and do the assembly. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about having enough room to work. The pace of life here is a bit slower, which we appreciate. We focus on getting the garments right without the frantic pressure you might find in Chennai or Bangalore. Sometimes the cows wander past the gate, and the sounds of the village are always in the background. We have our routine: start early, take a long lunch when the sun is at its peak, and finish up as the evening cools down. It’s a very human way to run a business. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the village. We’re just a small company in a quiet corner of Tamil Nadu, doing our best with what we have. There are no fancy titles here, just people working.
