Mr Tech Aqua

Our place is over at number 3 on Avvai Vali in Ottapatti. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We spend most of our time dealing with water purifiers and filters. In this part of town, the water can be quite hard, so people are always asking about how to make it taste better or keep their machines running. It’s mostly just us and a few tools. We keep some spare filters and pipes in the back room. The work involves a lot of traveling because most people want us to come to their houses instead of bringing the heavy tanks here. We carry our bags on the bike and go around the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather is too hot, and we take a break for some tea before the next house. We aren’t a big company with a call center. Usually, if you call, one of us picks up the phone while we are out on a job. It can get a bit disorganized with the scheduling, especially when a repair takes longer than we thought it would. We’ve seen all kinds of old models and the newer ones too. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time cleaning out sludge and replacing worn-out membranes. The shop itself is just where we store the inventory and do some office work when we have to. It's nothing fancy, just a practical space for the business and a place to sit for a bit.
