Jagdale Industries Ltd.

Our facility is spread out across 17/2 & 19/1 in Bellathur P.O., Bagalur, which is part of Hosur Taluk. Jagdale Industries Ltd. has a lot of space out here, which is necessary for the kind of work we do every day. Being in Dharmapuri Dist means we are a bit away from the main city rush of Bangalore, but the industrial activity around here is still quite high. We have different sections for production and storage, and it takes a while to walk from one end of the yard to the other. Most of our staff comes from the nearby villages and towns, so there is a real local feel to the place despite its size. The work involves a lot of routine, making sure the lines are running and the output is consistent day after day. We deal with various products, and each one has its own set of rules we have to follow to get things right. It’s not always easy keeping everything synchronized, especially when a machine needs maintenance or a shipment is delayed because of heavy rain. We just take it as it comes and try to stay on schedule. The air is a bit clearer out here than in the middle of a big city, which is nice for the breaks. We aren't a new company, so many of us have been here for years and know the place like the back of our hands.
