Fresh Fruits Processing Plant (Pvt) Ltd.

Out here on Naskar Street in New Town, things get pretty busy when the fruit starts arriving. Our plant at 20/259-A is where all the action happens. You’ll usually see crates piled up near the entrance and the sound of the washing and sorting machines going in the back. It’s a wet and humid environment, which is just the nature of fruit processing. We spend our days checking the quality of what comes in and making sure it gets handled correctly. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of cleaning involved, and we have to stay on top of the schedule so nothing sits around for too long. The staff here mostly consists of local people who know the rhythm of the seasons. When a big batch of fruit comes in, everyone has to move fast. New Town has grown a lot, but our little corner on Naskar Street stays focused on the processing work. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that because most of our work is done on the floor. It’s about keeping the machines running and making sure the crates are moving out as fast as they come in. Some days are long, especially during the peak harvest times, but we just get through it together. It’s a practical business, and we take pride in the fact that we handle everything manually when needed to get it right.
