Athiyaman Infra Private Limited is over at No.11 on Nachiappa Gounder Street in Dharmapuri. It’s a typical street in this part of town, with a mix of houses and small businesses. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all the infrastructure work. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just a small board near the door. Inside, you’ll find a couple of desks that have seen better days and a bunch of chairs that don't quite match. We’re not here to win any design awards for our workspace; we’re here to get the work done. The room is usually filled with the sound of the local radio playing softly in the background and the occasional beep of a motorbike horn from outside. We keep a lot of our tools and measuring equipment in the back room, which is a bit of a mess to be honest. There’s a small bathroom that we have to share, and the tap leaks a tiny bit, but it’s fine. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually out at different sites, so the office is often quiet after two o’clock. It’s a solid, local operation. We know the soil and the roads around Dharmapuri well because we’ve been working here for quite some time. We just take things one day at a time and keep our heads down.
