My Galaxy Ice Cream

Our place is located at 22 Shivpal Marg. It is in the Bamba Khana neighborhood, specifically near Kailsh Chowk. You can find us easily if you look for the Rang Mahal Dharamshala, as we are very close to it. We have been running this ice cream shop for a while now. It is not a very big space, but it is enough for what we do. There is always work to be done, like checking the freezers or talking to the people who bring our supplies. Shivpal Marg is a busy road and we get a lot of foot traffic from people heading toward the chowk. We do not have any complicated goals or fancy mission statements. We just want to sell our ice cream and keep the shop going. Sometimes the power is a bit unreliable, but we have ways to keep things cold. It is a family-run business and my cousin often helps out when it gets busy. We keep a few simple chairs outside so people can sit down for a minute. The walls might need some work eventually, but they are okay for now. We keep the shop clean and the ice cream is always ready for whoever walks in. It is a simple life here in the Bamba Khana area. We know most of the people who live on this street and we like being part of the community. Every day is just about opening the doors and seeing who stops by.
