Crazy Peaks

Living and working in Vpo Jassur is quite different from being in a big city. Crazy Peaks is based right here, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to what you might find elsewhere. We are surrounded by the hills and the air is usually a lot fresher. We started this because we wanted to be involved with the mountains and the people who come to visit them. It is not a polished travel agency with brochures everywhere. Our office is a simple room in the village where we sit and plan routes or talk about the local weather. Jassur is a small place, so everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes people just walk in to say hello or ask about the road conditions up ahead. We spend a lot of time on our phones checking updates and making sure things are ready for whoever is heading out. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes, which can be frustrating, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like what we do and we like where we live. There is a lot of dust in the summer and plenty of cold in the winter, but that is just part of life here at Crazy Peaks. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just local people who know these hills and want to share that with others. It is a slow, steady way to run a business.
