Alpha Pharma Baddi Pvt. Ltd. is out in Bhatouli Kalan, which is in the Pargana Dharampur part of Barotiwala. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you’re coming from the main town, as the roads can be a little rough in places. The area around us is still quite green, though more and more factories are popping up every year. Our facility is a plain building that sits on a decent plot of land. We do our pharmaceutical manufacturing here, so we have to keep everything very tidy inside. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the sound of the equipment. We don't have a big corporate office or a team of people in suits. Most of us wear work clothes and spend our time on the production floor. There’s a small area where we keep our records and handle the paperwork, but that’s about it for the office side of things. We have a small garden area near the gate where some of the staff sit during their breaks. It’s nice to have a bit of peace away from the machines. We don't have any fancy slogans or big promises. We just come here every day and do the job that needs to be done. The people in Bhatouli Kalan are hard workers, and that’s the kind of atmosphere we have here. It’s just a regular business in a quiet part of the country.
