Shreeji Clinic

Out here in Village Pipli, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Shreeji Clinic is a small place in the Tehsil Gandhwani area. Most of the people who come to see us are farmers or people living in the surrounding Pipli area. We don't have a big fancy building, just a simple room that stays relatively cool during the day. I have to drive in from the main road, and when it rains, the path can get a bit muddy. Everyone in the village knows where we are, so we don't really need a big sign. Most days, people just walk over from their houses or ride their bikes. We hear the sounds of cattle and tractors passing by while we work. It’s a very quiet life compared to the town clinics. We deal with common stuff like fevers or scrapes from work in the fields. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we have to sit by the window to get some light. We keep a small stock of basic things on the shelves. It’s not a complicated place, and we don't try to make it look like one. We just try to be here when the folks from the village need someone to look at them. It’s been a part of this community for a while, and we plan to stay that way for as long as we can. We just open the door and wait for whoever needs help.
