Shakti Pumps India Ltd. Our main spot is at Plot No. 401 in Sector 3 of Pithampur. That’s out in the Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. It’s a big industrial area, so there are factories and warehouses all over the place. Our plot is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. The area is usually dusty and loud with all the machinery and trucks moving around, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights outside. The building is just a functional space where we keep our things and do our daily tasks. Most of the people working here are from the nearby towns. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. By midday, the sun really hits the roof, but we just keep going. It’s a hardworking kind of place. There aren't many shops nearby, so we usually bring our own lunch or wait for the local tea stall to come around. It’s not a glamorous lifestyle or a polished office environment, but it works for what we need. Sector 3 is pretty straightforward to find if you're driving through Pithampur. We're just another gate along the road, doing what we do every day without much fuss. It is how things go in the industrial belt.
