The Mobile Zone

The Mobile Zone is located near Pithampur Public School. We are up on the second floor of Tower-A in Building No. 9, which is part of Phase-III. Pithampur is a huge industrial hub, so there are factories and warehouses all around us. Being near the school means things get pretty loud when the kids are being let out for the day. You can hear the buses and the parents calling out from our balcony. Our office is a bit of a walk from the main gate of the complex. It is a standard commercial building with a lot of concrete and metal. We have a few rows of desks and some storage for parts and equipment. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, but it works for us. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief because it gets really hot in this part of the country. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area. There’s a guy who comes around selling newspapers in the morning. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door and one of us lets them in. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just keep to ourselves and try to stay busy with the daily routine of the shop.
