Our kitchen and office are located in Pithampur, quite close to the Jeevan Jyoti Colony. It’s an industrial area, so the surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. We spend our time preparing meals and making sure everything is ready for the people who rely on us. The day starts very early here, often before the sun is even up, because food takes time to get right. It’s a loud place with the sound of large pots and fans running all the time. The air smells like whatever we are cooking that day, which is usually something hearty. We don't have a storefront where you can just walk in and buy a snack; it's more of a production setup. The staff wears their uniforms and hairnets, moving quickly to meet the schedules. Sometimes the humidity in the kitchen gets high, but we just keep the doors open to let the breeze in. We've been in this Pithampur spot for a bit, and we know the rhythm of the colony nearby. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags of rice or crates of vegetables. We don't have time for much else besides making sure the food goes out on time. It’s a basic, hardworking environment where everyone has a specific job to do, and we just get on with it every single day without fail. The routine is what keeps us going through the busy shifts.
