Mohanlal Ramnarayan Khandelwal Foundation

Our foundation is tucked away at the Shri Ram Fibres site on Bagh Road in Awalda, which is in the Dhar district. It’s an interesting place to work because it’s right there with the private limited company. The Mohanlal Ramnarayan Khandelwal Foundation doesn’t have its own separate building. We just use some space within the facility. This means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. It is a very industrial setting. We have a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets where we keep all the foundation records. The road outside can be quite dusty, especially when the big trucks go by. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a dedicated waiting room. If someone comes to see us, we just pull up a spare chair. Most of our work is done locally, so we don't see many strangers. We spend our time managing the different projects and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a very hands-on environment. No one here is worried about looking corporate. We wear regular clothes and just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power is a bit patchy, but we make do. It’s a solid, practical place to work. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us just fine. It’s just about getting the daily work finished without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
