Mahajan Hospital

We operate Mahajan Hospital on Nagajpura Road. It is a straightforward place. If you are looking for it, just head down Nagajpura Road and you will see our sign. The building is functional. We don't have a lobby that looks like a hotel or anything like that. It’s just a hospital. The halls are narrow in some parts and wider in others. We spend our days walking back and forth between the different rooms. Nagajpura Road has its own rhythm. In the morning it is quiet, but by noon the sun is hot and the street is full. We keep the fans running inside to stay cool. The windows are usually shut to keep the dust out from the road. We have some chairs for visitors and a desk where we handle the paperwork. It is a small team here. We all know each other's names and how we like our tea. People from the surrounding blocks come to us when they aren't feeling well. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change while we stayed right here on this road. The gate out front is a bit heavy and squeaks when you open it. We should probably oil it, but we never seem to get around to it because there is always something else to do. It’s just a part of the daily life here on Nagajpura Road for all of us.
